What's included:

A vest-mounted CDU sensor and a separate saddle-mounted SDU sensor (fitted under your bike seat) pair wirelessly and work together to detect accidents. When a fall or impact is detected, the airbag inflates automatically in 80ms, before impact.

Q: Is it reusable after it deploys?
A: Yes — check the vest for damage, remove the used cartridge, and fit a new one. Full reconditioning takes a few minutes.

Q: Can I reuse the cartridge?
A: No — once triggered, the cartridge is pierced and empty. Replace it with a new genuine Helite cartridge of the same reference.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Around 25 hours of use (roughly a week of normal riding) on a full charge, recharging via USB in about 2 hours. The saddle sensor's own battery is rated for approximately 5 years and isn't rechargeable.

Q: What is it not suitable for?
A: Mountain biking, bicycle acrobatics, BMX, scooters, motorcycles, running, segways, electric unicycles and self-balancing boards.
