Register your Helite vest

All Helite airbag vests come with a standard 2-year warranty from Helite France. If you register your vest at my.helite.com, that extends to 4 years at no cost.

Registration takes a few minutes and only needs to be done once. You must register your Helite vest or jacket within 30 days of purchase to qualify.

How to register

1. Go to my.helite.com

2. Create an account or log in

3. Enter your vest's serial number (found on the inside label)

4. You'll receive confirmation of your extended 4-year warranty

CO2 cartridges

Helite CO2 cartridges don't technically expire, but they are covered by a 10-year warranty. The 10-year warranty applies to genuine Helite cartridges supplied by Helite NZ or one of our New Zealand retailers.

A cartridge can slowly lose gas without any outward sign, so check yours once a year. Our annual cartridge check guide shows you how.

Warranty and your purchase
