A: Yes. Replace the e-Cartridge and the vest is ready to wear again.

A: Yes — it's a quick, tool-free job you can do yourself. Unscrew the spent e-Cartridge and screw in a new genuine Helite e-Cartridge of the same size.

Q: How long does it take to charge?
A: Approximately 3 hours via USB.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Around 25 hours of use (roughly a week of normal riding) on a full charge.
