What's included:

The vest is worn under your jacket. An integrated electronic sensor reads your movement and inflates the airbag when it detects a collision or a loss of control, covering the back, neck, thorax and abdomen in 80 milliseconds.

Two cartridges, not one. The left cartridge fires first, the vest deflates by itself, and the system switches over to the full cartridge. You can carry on riding without stopping. A three minute delay between the two activations is applied automatically.

Two detection modes. Rallye and Enduro activates from 20 km/h. Adventure and Trail activates from 18 km/h and is more sensitive to fast movements and shocks.

Three presses of the button at the bottom right of the vest switches it on. Three beeps and a flashing green LED confirm it is live.

Q: How is this different from a road airbag vest?
A: It carries two cartridges instead of one. After the first inflation the vest deflates by itself and switches to the second cartridge, so you can carry on riding. A three minute delay between activations is applied automatically.

Q: Where is the vest worn?
A: Under your jacket, not over it.

Q: What falls does it detect?
A: Collisions with an obstacle from the front, side or rear, and loss of control of the bike, low side or high side.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Around 25 hours. It recharges with the USB cable supplied with the vest.

Q: How do I clean it?
A: Wipe it with a soft cloth lightly soaked in soapy water. Never machine wash it, hand wash it, immerse it or dry clean it, and keep it away from detergents, bleach, dryers, radiators and irons. Dry it on a hanger in a dry place.

Q: Is it reusable?
A: Yes. Once both cartridges are spent the vest signals it with a light and a sound, and you replace them to get back to full protection.
