A: Yes. Replace the CO2 cartridge and reset the lanyard — no need to buy a new garment.

Q: Can I replace the cartridge myself?
A: Yes — it's a quick, tool-free job you can do yourself. Unscrew the spent cartridge, screw in a new genuine Helite cartridge of the same size, and reset the lanyard.
